Terms & Conditions


By submitting an order, you constitute that all of your personal information is valid and correct. You cannot cancel or change an order once it has been submitted. All orders are expressly conditioned upon acceptance by us. Please notify us immediately should there be any discrepancies.

Product descriptions and availability 

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and inventory availability. However, in the event product inventory becomes out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel orders. If an item(s) you have ordered becomes unavailable we will contact you and cancel the order.


All Pricing on our website is listed in US Dollars. Pricing does not include shipping, which shall be charged on all orders as applicable upon checkout. In the event there is an error in pricing listed on the website, we have the right to cancel any order. If your credit card has already been charged, a refund will be issued.


All shipping will be made via the USPS (unless another carrier has a better rate) and will ship in 1-3 business days once the order has been placed and payment has been accepted. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays by the carrier. Inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any shipping related damage immediately, we will make every effort to replace the damaged order but we do require proof of damage, please keep the damaged candle until we have confirmed with you that it is ok to dispose of it. We ship only within the United States. 


Returns are accepted for items purchased only if there is a defect in the candle. For example, if the candle wick were to have a defect that causes it to tunnel or prematurely distinguish. We will require that you send the defect candle back to us (buyers are responsible for shipping) and once it is received, we will inspect and reissue a replacement. These instances are rare but they do happen.
